STATEMENT
This
panel is a work of love.
In it, you will see my
two children, oops I mean
my two pets, Lilly the
Boston Terrier and Zoey
the Pug.
Since I
felt I needed more
participants to make it
lively, I added

my dogs’ friends.
Riley, the dog at the top
of the slide, is the only
male. He is a more
relaxed guy, and seems to
be watching over his
women. Next in line is
Penny, the long-haired
Dachshund, who is a
little skittish over new
situations. I definitely
think she was right for
this scene. Then comes
my Lilly who is a bit on
the zany side, and
somewhat awkward. When
she gets wound up, you
never know what she will
do. Next is Zoey, whose
determination and
stubbornness will not
stop her from going into
the water even though it
appears she will soon
be clobbered by
Lilly. And last but not
least is Tootles, the
small poodle who is just
happy to be on the side
lines, and at five
pounds, she’s not about
to get tangled up in that
mess.
I hope
this panel will bring
smiles to the kids and to
the adults, too. It’s
been fun.
